Service includes

- Cleaning the appliance if required

- Checking condition of the flue and seals

- Testing the safety devices

- Checking the combustion readings and setting up if required to ensure boiler runs correctly

- Checking the gas rate (Access to metre required)

- Check ventilation if required 

- Test flue flow where required (open flue)

- Inspect radiators and system and empty filter if required

- Check quality of heating water if required 

Some boilers require seals to be changed when servicing this will be charged on top of the standard fee.
